Shipping & Returns
How we deliver across South Africa and what to do if something is not right with your order.
Delivery areas
We deliver South Africa wide to all nine provinces. Main-centre orders typically move faster than outlying areas.
Shipping rates
Shipping options and rates are set in our store settings and shown at checkout. Orders over R1 200 qualify for free standard delivery.
Order processing
Orders are picked and packed on business days. You will receive a confirmation email, and tracking details once your parcel is collected.
Returns
Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For sealed nutrition products we cannot accept returns once the seal is broken, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL] or WhatsApp [WHATSAPP NUMBER] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and product so we can resolve it quickly.
